1Pulse all-purpose flour , confectioners' sugar , and salt in a food processor.all-purpose flour: 1.5 c, confectioners' sugar: 1/2 c, salt: 1/4 tsp

4Press the dough into the bottom and sides of muffin tin or mini tart pans. Freeze for ⏱️ 30 minutes .

5Preheat oven to 400°F. Line crust with foil and fill with weights. Bake for ⏱️ 20 minutes .

6Remove weights and bake for 5 to ⏱️ 10 minutes until golden. Let cool completely.

7Lower oven temperature to 300°F.
